1. User Account

1.1 Account Registration
To begin using HPCS services and accumulate points while connected to the internet, users must register an account. This account will allow users to access their points balance and redeem them within the Kangkong Market app.

1.2 GCash Verification
Users are required to provide their GCash account name (e.g., J**N D**A C**Z) and GCash number during registration. It is crucial that the name on your HPCS account matches the name on your GCash account. This matching ensures a seamless verification process, facilitating quicker point redemption and minimizing potential delays.

1.3 Underaged Users
If you are underaged, you must submit your birth certificate as proof of age. This document should include your parent’s or guardian’s name to verify the relationship and ensure that you will be using their GCash account for point exchanges. This information is collected solely for verification purposes and will not be used for any other intent. You may submit it to the Kangkong Market's verification page.

2. Usage Limits

2.1 Daily Login Limit

Each user is permitted a maximum of 100 logins per day. Each login session is limited to 1 hour. After this period, users will be automatically logged out and must log back in to continue using the service. If you reach the 100 login limit, you can still connect as a guest to continue using the free Wi-Fi service.

2.2 Account Monitoring for Excessive Logins

If a user exceeds the 100 login limit within a single day, their account will be flagged for abnormal activity. Despite this, you will still be able to connect as a guest, but the points feature will be disabled until the next day at 12:00 AM.

2.3 Point Farming Prevention

If users attempt to farm points by logging in more than 100 times a day, the system will notify them that they have reached their limit. Point accumulation will resume once the day resets at 12:00 AM.

3. Points Accumulation and Exchange

3.1 Earning Points

Users earn 4 points for every successful login. Points are awarded each time a login session is completed within the allowed one-hour period.

3.2 Points Exchange

Points can be redeemed for GCash, mobile load, or other items available in the Kangkong Market app. The value of redeemed points may vary depending on current promotions by HPCS Inc. 4.1 Expected Conduct

Users are expected to act respectfully and avoid any disruptive or inappropriate behavior while using the service. This helps ensure a safe and positive experience for all users.
